Food is the best way to absorb nutrients, but as a supplement, I take daily:

    A multi-vitamin, brand "Kirkland"

Twinlab mineral only caps before bed, when working out and sweating a lot throughout the day

    3-4 Fish oil tablets

    Milk Thistle

A natural clove of garlic with a meal
Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first.

Just be careful if you decide to use the garlic if you're using some type of Anti coagulant. Garlic in conjunction with "blood thinners" or any clotting disorder can lead to some serious bleeding problems.
