    Pre-Mixed ECA Stack

    Has anyone tried a pre-mixed ECA stack before? I was looking online and came upon metabolic fuel Rx by SEN. Just wondering how the pre-mixed stuff compairs to making your own eca. thanks

    you can make your own:

    25mg Ephedrine / 200mg Caffeine / 325mg Aspirin

    Neither option sounds like a good idea to me.

    Rather than try to speed up your system with that crap (and risk stroke etc...) why not just get back on the treadmill and diet properly!? So it might take an extra couple of weeks. Who cares? What's the rush?

    Why is everyone looking for shortcuts that can be potentially detrimental to your health?

    Here's a mind-blowing idea.... Diet & Exercise.

    well, because this is the supplement section, and ephedra is only dangerous if abused. having a bit of some inside info on the death cases, some people where taking higher doses, or multiple products, then participation in sports sessions in extreme heat while overweight.
