Pre and post workout supplement Observations

I've been taking 600 calories of weight gainer pre and post workout. Nothing special just Serious Mass by ON but I have been getting some incredible pumps during my workouts and for a couple hours afterworks. Its insane what some carbs can do for your workout when it comes to energy, pumps, and packing on the muscle.

I'll post some pics later, but i feel great and Im not taking any hormonal supps? crazy stuff

What do you guys eat pre and post?

that and for gaining. i dont think we need to jam a ton of protein and carbs pre and post workout. our food intake should have a steady strem of nutrients, and there is only so much the body can handle. plus 14g of eaa's if the equivalent of 30g of whey (with respect to eaa's of course). when i see people with 120g carbs and 60g protein i just think it is extreme overkill, and counterproductive.

using this scheme i am rarely sore, and i try to push myself in every workout.

This helps throughout the workout for me . You do need some protein before you workout . A meal would do for sure but for me I im busy and a shake is the best way to get this .

once you finish the glutamine, never buy it again. i would also move your post workout shake (whey + carbs) closer, do it within a half hour of working out.

    Not going to haha .
I dont find it does anything , also dont you get the amino acids you need in protein shakes?
I thought if I spaced out the creatine and protein the creatine would have time to absorb? I guess my muscles do need the protein sooner .

the creatine will get absorbed just fine, especially with the carbs.
