    Question Im looking for the best!!!

    im looking for the best fat burner to go with my stack...

    In the morning i take 2 pills of kre alkaline, AND in the afternoon i take 2 more, 5:30 workout then 2 scoops of whey protein. 11:00 bed 3 pills of zma.

    what can go into my current stack for decent a fat burner???
    i dont want a fat burner to conter act with anything i take..

    your not taking much so no fat burner will coutner.

    yea but taking a fat burner while workingout and taking creatine will that be ok?
    and what will the fat burner aid in?

    Yes, taking creatine with it will be fine.

    i thought that caffine will hinder the absorbsion of creatine into the muscles?

    I've never heard that. The only thing I can think of that is relavent is a stimulant acts as a diuretic, so there may be a possibility of excreting more creatine than normal, but this is purely speculative. I don't think caffeine inhibits the absorbtion of creatine. If anything inhibits absorbtion, it would be the type and amount of food eaten with creatine.
