    What is your current supplement regimine?

    Just curious what you guys do.

    i am currently halfway through the original NHA stack:
    Rebound Reloaded
    Activate
    Lean Xtreme

    i take Animal Flex for joints

    pre workout:
    3/4 scoop Pure Vitargo
    1 serving Orotine
    1 scoop Shock Therapy
    1/2 scoop Primal EAA

    Post Workout:
    1 scoop Primal EAA
    1.5 scoops Cytomax

    Pre-Workout:
    - Maximum Pump
    - Basic Cuts, VPX Red Line, Red Bull or coffee.

    Post-Workout:
    - Whey Protein mixed w/
    - Orange Juice, Gatorade, or Milk

    I also take a Multi-vitamin daily and some vitamin C whenever I feel a cold coming on.
