Going under the knife
I was wondering if there is any supplements i should take before and after my surgery. I am thinking of taking glutamine and possible upping my creatine. I am having my shoulder scoped (I know that is not that it is called but i forgot the name of it). Anyway is there anything special I should be taking . Should I increase my vitamins?

Just having had surgery in March, I'd say ask your doctor.
In my case, they didn't want me to take anything 24 hours prior. |

Most doctors don't want you to take anything 24hrs before sergury b/c it may affect the ansthetic process.
