Hello!
I'm new to this site and I am excited to be here. My question is very specific and was hoping someone can help me.
There are certain vitamins that I take in injectable form-B complex, B12 and B6.
If anyone out there does the same, what doses do you do? I was told to do the following-
1) 2 ml of B12 or...
2) 1ml each of B6 and B12 at the same time or...
3) 2ml of B complex.
What do you guys do that works for you?
Also, I was told that to get maximum benefit, the needle has to be 25 gauge and 1 1/2 inches long. And the needle has to go all the way in.
Then I was told by my sister, who is a nurse, that the needle only needs to be 5/8 long and that it would be sufficient.
I want to get maximum efficiency with this. So if anyone can help me out I would appreciate it.
i take 1ml of b12 twice a week 5/8" needle. But not b/c I want to I have a couple of blood disorders and the doctor makes me. i also take a prescription called foltx or folbee which is b6, b12, and folic acid.
