okay I am 15 and a sophmore and high school I play linebacker on the football team I am around 135 pounds, I work out about 2-3 times per week and I want to take something to make myself bigger and stronger and have more energy not put on fat. I have tried other supplements in the past including optimum whey protein, that worked alright but it gave me bad acne, I also tried 6 star creatine but that did not do a single thing, I was thinking about buying some bsn nitrix or no explode and maybe the cellmass stuff but do not know really what to get, what do you guys think would be a good supplement for me to take ?
