Yep, whey has gone up.
BTW, where have you been?
Have I lost my mind or has protein prices doubled in the last couple of years... I Don't recall paying $75 for 10lb of whey, more like $45-50. Clearly I have been on the dark for too long![]()

So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.

Humm how to make a long story short. Well back when I was a regular I was in High School, powerlifting, football and track was what I was breathing… Then all the sudden I’m thru college, married, almost a father, and climbing the career ladder. Lots of new responsibilities I have had to learn / learning to deal with. Seems like so much has happened in such a short time, but I’m in good health and ready to go at it hardcore once again. Have some refreshing to do
welcome back

It's been a nightmare trying to keep up with the price increase from the manufactures... The big reason is the raw ingridients, in this case whey protein...A by product of cheese.. Has gone up astronomically, the demand for the whey has tripled if not quadrupled. So many companies making protein and the export of it to other countries has made this ingredient in hight demand.
Thanks PreMier, it’s good to see many of the old faces.
SBMUSCLE, I hear you on that. Still can find some good deals though, was able to find EAS Whey 5LB for ~$21 after a coupon. Stocked up on EAS Whey and Cytosport Muscle Milk food a good yearEven at the going price still not all that bad for a good convenient source of protein.
