Milk Thistle, Sam-e, N-Acetyl Cysteine, and Alpha Lipoic Acid. I've used Liv-52 before, but I can't speak to it's effectiveness.

- The company gets questioned like a mofo about their products quality
- There is no Doctor! LOL!!!

id stick with whats known to work best, shit loads of water and milk thistle

Which Solaray product? All I saw was there milk thistle. The ones listed above are the best I'm aware of.

I thought Solaray was an individual product, not a line of products. Sorry.

They have a few liver support products in which they have combo herbs that can be cheap and then, very expensive!

all you really need is some milk thistle and NAC.

thermolifes "liver longer" is great as well.

this has been confirmed with liver panels from someone who has had long term medical steroid use. both have been helpful.
