very good...the proteins are of very high quality. I like it because the proteins are not loaded with bullshit that you don't need or might not want...

Yup!

To refuse to learn anything that could prove beneficial to yourself is a working definition of stupid!

High-intensity training is going all-out, not almost all out. It is taking one set to one's absolute limit, not almost to the limit. It is using whatever equipment’s available. It is not the words of two or three men, but a commitment to work as hard as possible while in the gym without socializing, resting excessively between sets, or falling prey to the 'this isn't going to work so I'll copy the star' attitude"

Lam, do you order the standard proteins or customize? If the latter, what customs do you order?

I usually order several different types of protein and mix them depending on if I'm bulking or cutting and time of day etc.

I'm about ready to order a custum blend using 50% micellar casein, 25% whey and 25% egg albumin...I'm debating on whether or not to get it flavored, I'm waiting for some responses from a post I made the other day. I'm not a fan of artificial sweetners so I don't use them...

Why do you mix them at home? I thought the idea was that they did this for you?
