    15lb of muscle in 6 weeks i near impossible, even aas. now 15 lbs of fat and muscle is possible.

    is it ture that most bodybuilders only gain about 10 pounds of lean muscle a year.

    Well thats a real tricky question. Do you mean professional bodybuilders, or just people who workout in general?

    i dont know i just remember hearing it some where, why how much lean muscle can a professional bodybuilder gain in a year

    10 lbs for a Pro would be a pretty remarkable feat. IMO.

    really, so 10lbs a year, for them would be alot. so does that mean when they are bulking alot of it is fat. also what does IMO mean, sorry if it is a stupid question.
    also how long do newbe gains last before they start slowing down.

    IMO = In my opinion

    Too many factors to determine how long newbie gains will occur.

    I wouldn't say what they put on is all fat. I am sure there is some. But when they cut back down for the shows, they lose some LBM they gain. So overall I wouldn't say they gain 10lbs of LBM.
