T3 is the final form of a hormone that gets released from your thyroid gland (in your neck). Really this is something you dont want to mess with, even for a short time because you really could screw up your thyroid and you'll be stuck on meds for the rest of your life. Not to mention a lot of other things taking this will do. Do your homework before taking anything like this. And umm why do you want to burn muscle?

if you are too big, just stop working out, and cut the protein, do long bouts of cardio without protein. this will waste skeletal muscle, slowly, but it will go. why take something that will affect all muscles?
