eaa would be a better whey replacement. however you can try casein, goat protein, hemp protein, soy, rice etc.

Hey Guys,because of digestive problems iam having with protein iam looking at more natural ways to support my weight training.
I was just reading about BCAA supplement,are these to be taken only following the consumtion of protein?
If i just get on the food protein wagon such as more chicken beef,rice,peanut butter and cottage cheese what else do i need to supplement?will BCAA help?
