i dont know what kind of supplements are the best, but some of my teammates are takin cex and say its workin pretty well

i just wanted to get some of ur thoughts on the best supplements out there for a guy my age and size
ive got nitrotech, but thats just a whey protein
and i took kre-alkalyn for a month recently and it didnt do shit for me

    i'm 6'0", weigh 185, bench 275, squat 365, and clean 215
i want to get up to around 200, 300, 400, and 250 by the beginning of my junior year, and i need a good supplement to take at least for this summer

noone is going to recommend much at 16, but here is something you can do that should be good for you.

never buy nitrotech again, just buy optimum nutrition whey or dymaitze, you are wasting a lot of money there.

    buy creatine monohydrate.
buy gatorade powder from target or walmart or somewhere.

30 minutes pre workout, have 5g of creatine mono and about 30g of gatorade.

15 minutes postworkout have about 30g of gatorade powder and 20-30g of protein.

thats really all you need. that and eating right.

because it is cheap, has dextrose, and no HFCS.

monohydrate is the kind that everyone should start with, there is no reason that you should start with anything else.

its cee. if you dont respond to mono, then cee is the way to go. but if mono works for you, then no need for cee.
