A few years back, Creatine Ethyl Ester was introduced and touted as the next major supplement. I bought into it and tried some Bulk Nutrition CEE. However, I'm unsure if it really helped my gains. I have not used it since. What do people think about CEE now? Was it just a gimmick or is it the real deal and better than monohydrate?
I tried it once and didn't think it was working. I just fallowed the directions. A couple of months later I gave it another shot. I take it off and on. I like it best as a part of a pre-workout shake about an hour to 1 and a half hours before. I know what he instructions say but that works best for me and it last way longer. I take Cellmass.
I'm convinced it gives my 5 rep maxes 1 more reps and 8 rep maxes 2 more.
