Cod Liver Oil?
I currently take 1 Cod Liver Oil capsule but never hear of people taking this. Should I switch to flax seed oil or are they essentially just as good as one another. And if so how many?

Im from Southport, near Liverpool. But it seems to have been raining for weeks. LOL
