    Question Creatine Question

I was told by a University Footballer friend of mine that it is unsafe to use a creatine-containing supplement for any more than 3 months at a time without cycling off for at least 6 weeks. The more I read the less I beleive it. help?

Also, what are everyone's thoughts (if any) on a supplement called "NANO Vapor" by Muscletech? I have been using BSN's NO-Xplode for about a year now and love it, but I heard good things about this product, so it is on its way.

    he is absolutely 100% wrong.

that being said, NO products should be cycled off as they promote free radicals in your system and that isnt a good thing long term.

NO-XPlode is not a creatine product, it is an NO precursor.

I am aware of NO not bieng a creatine product, but there are 7 ingredients with the word "creatine" in them in the bottle of NANO that is a day away from my doorstep. THAT is what the question is in regards to. Sorry for not being clear.

Is it safe to take NANO for many months at a time?
