I don't like to see teens focus on supps too much until they are a couple of years older, what is your goal?

Until you put in some quality time (1 year) in the gym, the basics (protein, multi, etc) should be the way to go IMO and that doesn't include creatine.

Wait a year or so man...I was about 16 when I started taking creatine. Learn all you can before you do anything and remember to drink plenty of water...Honestly though wait a year or 2. If its for a sport that needs explosiveness such as football...pull tires, look into the workout format about periodization and learn as much as you can about it and do plyometrics...carefully though as it is stressful on the body but will help you greatly in sports. Mental focus is the most important though so remember mind over matter. If it burns your doing good if its dull achey pain its bad...just a few tips.
