I can't put weight on
I spent five years at 165lbs and 1.5 years ago i gained 10lbs in less than a month. I think that is from the training program i was on and the change of diet from summer to when school started. since then i have been between 175 and hit 180 from time to time but can't keep it on. i eat all day long and even though i've read many diet reports and weight gaining techniques i can't seem to keep gaining. i began taking CEE a few months ago and my lifts have gone waay up and my body is in great shape but no matter what i eat i can't get weight to stay on. i want to start taking protein but with soo many types and brands out there, i'm not sure what to do. any help on weight gaining and protein would be awesome. thanks everyone.

As long as your diet is in check, whey protein will help you out a great deal.
Take about 25 grams pre-workout with some slow digesting carbs. For post-workout, take another 40-60 grams of whey with 80 grams fast digesting carbs (gatorade, white rice, a plain bagel, etc.) I personally like Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein. Also, I would suggest taking a casein protein before bed. It is a slower digesting protein which will supply your body with aminos throughout the night |
