Getting there..... Need more help

Whats up guys. Started lifting hard 5 months ago, and took some generic whey and saw some results. Just started taking Nitro Tech Hardcore and hoping to see more results. I'm lifting six days a week, any new routines/advice???

Don't be impatient.

Food is either going to make or break your progress.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Thanks. I've been eating, but a little scared to eat too much as I dont want to lose ab defination. Taking in a lot of protein, anything else I should focus on?

Hey rookie, how old are you? Do you have any sports specific goals? If you want ing to put on muscle mass - eat, eat, eat. Trade in some of that Nitro Tech Hardcore for some quality food. I never saw true muscle gains until I ATE. No supplement will replace a proper diet.

Im 18 bout to turn 19. No real specific sports goals. I was an all state water polo player in high school so I have a somewhat decent starting base, just trying to really bulk up. Thanks for the advice. Any specific time of day for a big meal, pre or post workout??? Other than that Ive been trying to eat several small meals during the day
