Creatine

Do you guys supplement with creatine? What have you found to be the best out there? I used to take it when I was in high school but haven't taken it in about 7 years. I had good results from it. I was thinking about trying it again. Any recommendations?

100 pure creatine is cheap and works good. But some other good brands are Size-on and cell-tech

The CEE that Prince offers is top notch. Also comes in pill form so you don't have to nearly puke every time you take it.

I remember the first time I tried the CEE, I literally spit it up and gagged all over the place and thought I was going to puke and that was after I mixed it.

It's brutally bad.

CEE is the best kind of creatine, CEE tastes miserable when not in pill form. Should be a no brainer.

Yeah I had it in powder form before and almost puked. Worst thing ever.

I decided to go with the CEE in pill form.

Directions: Take four (4) capsules twice daily. Take one serving with 12-16-oz of water 30 minutes prior to training. Immediately after training take an additonal serving with 12-16oz of water.

Do you guys take 8 pills a day? What do you suggest for someone who has never really used CEE before? I'm only 175lbs. I think 8 pills a day is a lot. When do you take it?

start out with 3g (4 caps) prior to work-out, and 3g on your off days and see how it goes.

pwo would only be needed to replenish creatine stores, and at this point they should be fine.
