**New Bee, Need's some PRO advice**

Wussup Fella's, I'm rather new here on these forums. Never really took the time to post public just kinda been lerking here and there reading all the great threads that are put together.

Anyway, I have my workout down to 6 days a week, and one rest day. Each day is an isolated muscle group, (BI-Back, Tri-Chest, Shoulders, Leg's, Core, then w.e I feel is weaknd) It's working absolutely great for me so far.

Supplement wise(WHICH is why I'm posting HERE) I have been rather faithful to muscle tech. Nitrotech/cell tech after every workout has been doing the job. I actually just purchased the n02 they have out, and it doesn't work TOO well, but like I said "does the job."

Recently I haven't even really been taking the Cell-tech, purely protein afterwork's and just eating like a monster(HEALTHY THAT IS ) My questions to you guy's is...now that my proteins running low, do you suggest changing to anything better? Have you had any incredible results from a certain company, that I'm missing out on here? It's coming up to be summer here in NEWYORK and I want to be in the best shape of my life. Do you guy's actually Indorse the use of a "better" creatine? Did alot of reading on here where peeps are bashing the hell out of cell-tech, and that it doesn't do a good job .

Anyway guy's anything that you would post up to help me maybe find the best protein/creatine combo that you have experience would be AWESOME & I would appreciate alot.

After all it is the 1st of the month for us GNC GOLD Card Members

    Thanks in advance.

I agree, it's much more cost effective to get your supps online.
The same concept applies to muscletech products. They're extremely overpriced. Some of 'em are decent products, but they're really not worth what they charge IMO.

The man is right on about that one. If you HAVE to go to GNC though, just dont take any of their advise about supps.

GNC employees get PAID COMISSIONS to sell certain products, so they dont have your best interest at heart when they recommend something. They are just trying to fatten their wallets.
