Right now I am taking Green Mag, ZMA, Whey ON, ANd I usally take energy drink while working out usally Endorush or Redline. Thinking about adding Casein before bed, Oh and a Multi. Thanks
Looks like that would be a great stack. If your going to do the Casein than I would drop the ZMA because Calcium effects the absorption of ZMA or you will have to do ZMA on empty stomach than Casein later that night. Definitely get yourself a multi that should be the foundation of your supplemental protocol. Also, add some fish oil for general health.
