    Creatine lasting in mixture?

How long can creatine last in a mixture? In the past I used to prepare my Protein Shake at home and only get to drink it after my workout which is about 1-2 hours later. I was wondering, what if I add in creatine into the mixture, will I still be able (or am I suppose) to consume it after working out 1-2 hours later?

In one to two hours...it's just starting to break down into arginine, glycine and methionine....you should be OK!

But with in 10 hours...forget it!

along w/ what Dr. Pain stated. It will also make your drink taste like shit the longer it's in there up to the 2 hour limit...
