Post Workout Concoction
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I've made my own pwo mix for years with powdered gatorade, creatine mono, and glutamine. I usually drink this immediately after my training and then have a big protein shake about 10 minutes later.
I've recently decided to add in leucine and b alanine... anyway, here's my questions... Should I add the leucine to the creatine mix or the protein shake, or would it even really make a difference? What would be the optimal dosing for the leucine and b alanine? any thoughts/ suggestions? |

i think you should add protein, you are really shorting yourself with an otherwise good shake. leucine is an excellent addition. i might take BA pre workout.
anyway, leucine 7g, ba 3g. |
