    MHP Cyclin

I used Cyclin in the past for 12 weeks. Im just starting it again. It helps you sleep which is the only reason I use it, because I train in the eveing Im still awake at bed time and this stuff puts me to sleep unlike any other natural sleep supplement, and i ve used everything. Last time which was the first time I used it I noticed for the first couple weeks i felt very relaxed and mellow but not tired when waking up and It last for the first 2-4 houres of the day, and seem to go away after a couple of weeks. Ive been back on it now for 4 days and Im sleeping good 7-8 houres every night, but now during the day i feel extremly lethargic and almost depressed, also before using cyclin I always woke up with morning wood even if i wasnt using a test booster at the time, Im 25, now thier is realy no feeling at all down thier. Shouldnt the zma and long jack cause an increase in test over night. I think the reason for feeling mellow in the morning is due to the sedative herbs, valerian, hops. But I also think that due to the alpha GPC which boost GH could be causing the problem, Ive heared alot that young guys taking supps to boost Gh feel tired due to to much Gh causing a feel good effect. Also it has melatonin in it and i have used melotonin for several years on and off. I also just started Viraloid again. Any body else use Cyclin and have any problems with it. Im to conclusion that I should just stop taking any supps that affect hormones at my age. (SHOULD I USE SUPPLEMENTS THAT AFFECT HORMONES AT 25 YEARS OLD) i KNOW THAT AT 25 IS WHEN THE BODY IS FULLY GROWN AND THIS IS WHEN THE DECLINE IN TESTOSTERONE CAN START BUT THIS IS ALSO WHEN TEST IS AT ITS PEAK, I used viraloid and t-bomb 2 in the past both made me overly horney and more agressive, but cant say if they realy helped me in the gym due to the other supps. Will boosting test at my age increase protein synthasis,,boost strength,,build muscle and help burn fat or is it worthless becuase i already have normal test levels. ANY ADVICE (My supplements include No2 Black, Black Powder,Size On,Myozene,ProbolicSR,multi, flax, msm and Cyclin,Vraloid?

if you're taking that many supplements at a time it makes it difficult to know what is causing what, I would recommend to stop using everything except a multi-vitamin, EFA's and protein for at least a month and let your hormones get back to normal, then add back one supplement at a time, or take them individually, otherwise you will never really know.
