    NO Explode + MuscleMilk

im going to start taking both of these when i hit the gym again. i was wondering what you guys think of when i should take these. i kno ill be taking NO explode 45 mins before work out. i was wondering if i need protein in my body while on NO explode to produce muscle. but they say you should take NO explode on an empty stomach.

i plan on taking muscle milk in the morning or before bed. taking NO explode before working out around 2 pm. and then take a cheap whey protein after work out

I like NO Shotgun but that's me.IMO it's better to take a good protein after your w/o with water for faster digestion. Your muscle need the protein. Eat a good meal 2-3 hours before your w/o then 30 mins. before w/o have your NO. A casin protein is good right before bed because it is a slow digestion protein.

I dunno - i take NO Explode and Whey just before i go to the gym and it works perfect for me

Give it a try both ways, see what works for you. If i go to the gym on an empty stomach i feel sick as a dog half way through
