    Good Glutamine? Good Casien?

What do you guys use for glutamine?
I'm sure you can spend all kinds of money on it but what is a middle of the road good for my money brand? Does this look ok?

Also I'm thinking about starting to take casien protein. any tips for good brands?

the reason I'm asking about brands is because i'm tired for getting my stuff at GNC.

glutamine is a waste of money.

casein, ON makes a pure casein, and XF makes a casein heavy blend.

I wouldn't buy Glutamine due it being practically worthless for oral supplementation in aiding athletic performance. If you want an anabolic amino acid look into BCAA's mainly Leucine.

As for a good casein source you could do cottage cheese or a designer supplement like Ultra Peptide or Infusion.
