Powders vs. Bars

hey guys,

Any thoughts or preferences on whey powder vs. Premium protein bars? I have been using GNC Whey, based on a friends recommendation, but From my limited understanding (a casual user) bars are equally good sources of protein. Which do you prefer?

Bars for the most part aren't that great. Usually a cheaper protein source, plus a lot of crappy fillers.

most bars have awful ingredients, so powders are better. the only two good semi popular bars are vpx zero impact and ds sustain.
