Powders vs. Bars
hey guys,
Any thoughts or preferences on whey powder vs. Premium protein bars? I have been using GNC Whey, based on a friends recommendation, but From my limited understanding (a casual user) bars are equally good sources of protein. Which do you prefer? |

Bars for the most part aren't that great. Usually a cheaper protein source, plus a lot of crappy fillers.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

most bars have awful ingredients, so powders are better. the only two good semi popular bars are vpx zero impact and ds sustain.
