its fine, but i wouldnt make it the main source of protein.

For men I wouldnt recommend soy as it has extremely high estrogenic properties to it...so that would be a no on my part.

it will not have any impact on estrogen levels. that being said, i wouldnt replace whey with it, unless i were a vegan.
