MYOZENE (creatine mono amount)

Anybody know how much creatine monohydrate is in Myozne.

I've heard the reps say a while back it is a full dose. So probably somewhere in the 4-7g. range.

Yes they have it a part of some blend where the total is 18g i would say about 5g

Can Myozene be used post workout 3 times a week if im already using Size On, Im thinking its going to be creatine overload, when I orderd the Myozene from Pro Source they did not list creatine in the product which is why I bought it. any sugestions?

I would use the SizeOn one month and than the Myozene the next month. You will be getting too much creatine if you do them together.
