During workout shake?
Ive just read about some people doing this in threads...Then read in an article, that it was unnecessary, especially when trying to be cost effective.
Are there any testimonies on how beneficial this is, or other articles names i could read up on the subject? Anybody who does this, what do you put in the shakes and how much? my goal is size #1, leanly #2 |

I would just use them on workout days but that is just my opinion

There are many thoughts on this, some say they're helpful, some say not at all, and some say they may be helpful while "cutting".
Despite the naysayers, I've been using WMS and BCAA (4:1:1) intra-workout. IME the carbs have helped with energy/endurance but I can't comment on the BCAA.
