During workout shake?

Ive just read about some people doing this in threads...Then read in an article, that it was unnecessary, especially when trying to be cost effective.

Are there any testimonies on how beneficial this is, or other articles names i could read up on the subject?

Anybody who does this, what do you put in the shakes and how much?

my goal is size #1, leanly #2

If you are cutting I think a BCAA cocktail such as Xtend would be a solid addition if you have the extra funds. BCAA's can help in retention of LBM, and prevent catabolic muscle breakdown. Sipping on it intraworkout and intracardio has worked great in preventing muscle loss when I cut. Bulking it is more of a luxury but it can help with recovery time as well.

There are many thoughts on this, some say they're helpful, some say not at all, and some say they may be helpful while "cutting".

Despite the naysayers, I've been using WMS and BCAA (4:1:1) intra-workout. IME the carbs have helped with energy/endurance but I can't comment on the BCAA.

Have a look at these:
