Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone has tried T2 by BIOTEST? What was your experience with it, and what kind of diet or other supplements did you use in combination with it (if any)? I was thinking of adding 3x1 caps. T2 to 3x2 caps. BETA LEAN by EAS (contains ephedrine, caffeine, naringin, forskolin, tyrosin), 3x1 caps. YOHIMBE FUEL by TWINLAB (for those other receptors) and 3x1 caps.GUGGUL BOLIC by SYNTRAX (to keep my thyroid output up and prevent downregulation) , together with a low carb, lowfat, high protein diet. what do you think?Text

actually, i started on sunday with the above mentioned diet and supplementation. diet wise my caloric intake is my bodyweight in lbs. (=160) x 8, which is approx. 1300 cal, of that 160 g are protein, 50g fat (incl.
5000mg fish oil for essential fatty acids) and 45g carbs (basically coming only from veggies and a soyprotein "bread"). i train w/weights every other day, doing legs one day, upper body the other, abs on both days. after my weight training i take 10g glutamine and 15min. later i have a shake made with 75g dextrose and 10g creatine. the dextrose will bring my calories up to 1600cal. i think like this your body won't get used to a particular caloric intake, and it will provide energy (glycogen) for my next weight training session. i'll let you know how it worked. i don't have to loose much, i just wanna get really lean. |
