    Preworkout drinks with NO and Ephedra???

    I thought I read and/or heard that taking preworkout NO drinks(Dymatize Xpand,NO Shotgun) etc. and products containing ephedra/ine (ECA stack) at the same time was counterproductive?? Anyone know for sure?? IainDaniel or Amino you guys know anything on this?? Thanks.

    Wouldn't make sense to me.

    Ephedrine = Vasoconstriciton

    NO= Vasodilation

    I don't see problem with it. Many companies include caffeine (vasoconstrictor) and NO/arginine (vasodilator) in the same formula all the time. I think the main thing to watch out for is combining 2 stimulant products (EC and pre-workout energizers) at the same time.

    Thanks guys...my initial thought was the vasocon vs. vasodil would be working against each other thus being a wash for productivity. I think my best solution will be to wait on the EC stack until AFTER the workout, maximizing the NO qualities. I think with the caffeine contained in the NO drink itself, combined with the EC stack may be too much vasocon. Probably isnt enough caffeine in the drink itself to counter the NO/arginine effects, but adding more vasocon on top would be. Thanks guys.
