Where to get that extra umpfffff!!!

    OK-

I have got my supplement lineup down and in the books. My question is there are millions of "uppers" out here that you can get your hands on but which are safe and most effective, naturaul or whatever? A couple years ago I began going to the gym and popping a caffeine pill (I quit drinking sodas so it was highly effective) and that would give me a little extra pep in my step. Now that I am being serious about this lifting thing and going about my diet the right way I want to make sure I am getting something good but also safe. When I used to do the caffeine thing sometimes I felt like my heart was going to pop, and that was probably because I was a heavy soda drinker and when I stopped my body was not used to it. What would you consider a decent/affordable energy drink/powder/pill that has a little kick. DOn't get me wrong I already have the self motivation to go in a bust my guts but a little extra won't hurt.

LOL funny story -one day a good while back, somebody told me to try some of those yellow jackets, and I think I swallowed like 3 or 4 on the way to the gym. Needless to say when I got to the gym I felt like the incredible hulk- I set my first bench up with like 320 (I was maxing around 280 then) and I was not that big of guy so for my body size that was alot. NOt that I was trying to show off, but I was just that HYPE. Everybody in the gym stopped what they were doing to look and see where I was going to get all this strength from. Needless to say I had no spotter and a couple guys ran over to grab the bar..............I got it up, it was slow and ugly but I busted it out by myself. All thanks to the bees!!! I am a much more mature and smarter lifter these days, so please don't hesitate to offer something great.

I liked AMP2, it provided me mental clarity, mental energy, physical energy, no crash, and it was long lasting.
