    Fat Burners

I am not asking for sales pitch here. I would like for real people answer this for me. I have taken Hydroxycut Hardcore for a month. It is time to re-up on a Fat burner. I lost 10 pounds on this, I am not sure if it was the Fat Burner or my 2000 cal diet and exercise. I did not feel any real kick in the but once I started a workout. I have 83 days until my Vacation. I am 6'3 318 I would like (but may not happen) to get down to 275 - 280. Doe anyone have any good exp. with a fatburner that will give me that kick I need to get a good workout in. Just need some help, I have looked into Lipo 6, Stacker3, ext.

If you want fast results I would take a look into a carb depeletion/carb reload type of diet. You could do the Cut Diet or Carb Cycling to help get lean in a hurry while sparing LBM.

I'd suggest sipping on some BCAA's like Xtend or Core ABC during your workouts and cardio to help preserve muscle.

As for fat burners there not going to work unless you have perfected your diet/training/cardio protocol, but the ones you have listed I would not buy. Lipo6 has guggulsterones which has some controversy dealing with the androgen receptor, Stacker3 is more of an energy product than fat burner, and HH doesn't have any key ingredients that grab my attention. I would look into Scorchv3 for a stim fat burner and Lean Xtreme for a non-stim fat burner.

we sponsored premier to do a log of our new stim based fat burner adrenalean, and he seemed to really like it (bought more bottles for further use). there are several good stim based one out there, scorch also being one of them. as for non stims, as previously said lean xtreme is great, and thyrotabs is a good choice.

Who makes the Scorch and Vaporize?? I have followed the Meltdown log on here....seems to be a quality product. Something with "true ephedrine" in it would be a speedy option because of the thermogenic properties of it, if you can stand the increased heart rate and possible jitters. The real ephedrine alkaloids group products are difficult to find, but the ephedra extract products are readily available, but less effective. 2 pounds a day is pretty significant for a prolonged period of time..that is tough to do I think without a strict diet, fatburners and a good cardio program. These guys on here like Amino and NNI and Working have a pretty good handle on it though.

Leviathan or the MAN sports stack has had great user feedback. Just make sure you clean your diet up cause nothing works miracles.
