Vitargo/WMS is a good thing for intraworkout or PWO because it empties so fast. Maltodextrin will empty slower, dextrose will empty fast. I'd go with the Vitargo of the 3 choices if your looking for a intraworkout or PWO carb.
Anybody use vitargo for post workout carbsource,is it better than maltodextrin,dextrose(CARBO FORCE).

I use straight waxy maize starch and love it. I use it intra-workout (with BCAA), post-workout, and in my intra-class drink (with BCAA) lol

i use it post game. i like it.
