    Healthy muscle gaining

    I have been thinking about using a type of creatine called Anavol and also at the same time taking growth hormones. I was not sure what i should do i am trying to gain muscle fast but as healthy as possible. I wonder if ishould take certain vitamins as well.

    Not sure.

    multi- vitamin everyday would good for you
    Soreness is weakness exiting the body.

    So i can take those 2 things together then and the multi vitamin will help. There are many types of multi vitamins and suggestions?

    Growth Hormone is not something that you most likely have access to, your probably confused on a supplement that claims enhancing endogenous GH properties. A good place to start would be to have a well planned diet/cardio/training regimen. Basic supplements you could incorporate into your routine would be: multivitamin (I'd suggest Orange Triad, Optimen, Ecogreen, NOW ADAM), fish oil, protein, creatine.
