    Multi-vitamin question

I have been taking my multi-vitamin so long now that it is second nature. I take GNC MEGA MEN, and I take one with breakfast, and one with dinner. What happens quite often is that I'll take my vitamin, and a minute later, I can't remember if I have taken it or not... So my question is, would it be better to take another one, and chance that I may have just taken 2, or not, and chance that I dont get my second vitamin? Thanks.

It's up to you it won't harm you if you take an extra once in a while, and it's not going to be a problem if you skip it for a day. Why not just set 2 multivitamins out every morning or put them in a separate container instead of getting them out of the bottle.

You'll be safe. Yeah, the toxicity levels are generally not reached unless excess consumption of fat soluble vitamins occurs on a daily basis, you would need to really overdue it.

You could wait an hour or so and see if your pee is flourescent yellow. If not, you probably did not take one.
