It's up to you it won't harm you if you take an extra once in a while, and it's not going to be a problem if you skip it for a day. Why not just set 2 multivitamins out every morning or put them in a separate container instead of getting them out of the bottle.



So my question is, would it be better to take another one, and chance that I may have just taken 2, or not, and chance that I dont get my second vitamin?
