    Taking Superpump and Creating Mono?

I just bought my second tub of super pump 250 and I was thinking of adding in creatine monohydrate. Is this a good idea? When should I take each supplement??

    Thanks for the help.

Yeah that would be fine. Take the SP250 30 min. pre-workout and 3-5g. CM post-workout.

I love SuperPump. I don't really care about the pump it gives me, but rather the extreme focus it gives my workouts.

SizeOn is Gaspari Nutritions creatine supplement and I love that too. Mix a scoop with cold water but don't wait until your workout is over, sip it throughout your workout. Works GREAT!
Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???
