I am 47 years old. Have lifted on + off for 25+ years. Ten days ago I started

taking I-Force 1,4 Bold with Competitive EDge P-Plex. I seem to be making

good gains I'm eating more protein being strict with diet I'm taking liver

support Milk Thistle and NAC. Just a day or so ago it seems like my prostate

has gotten big I'm peeing constantly and I'm having trouble ejaculating. What

do I do now ? BTW not that it probably matters-I'm taking Nutrex Vitargo CGL

Creatine,which also makes me urinate. Oh yeah I take 3 1,4 Bolds and 3

p-plex a day.

i assume your pct is lined up? you are taking two steroids, so prostate enlargement could be possible. i dont remember what to take for that, i will look around.

yeah I just got some saw palmetto and I'm taking that .As far as PCT is concerned I got 6 oxo.

Prob need a little more than 6 oxo for a PCT. P-Plex is a pretty strong 17 methyl product. It will shut you down pretty good after a cycle. Good idea to have a SERM on hand with that...Nolva in IMO.

You need more than that for pct get yourself a SERM 45mg of p-plex might be to much is this your 1st cycle? You can look into Cycle Support or Life Support for your support supps it contains the ones you are already taking and saw Pal anlong with others for blood pressure which could be a issue i will post some links for you feel free to ask questions aand good luck

Life Support and Cycle Support are the same thing except Life Support is in pill form and 1/2 the dose of Cycle Support which is in powder form which you take in a protein shake

saw palmetto isnt that great, pick up some nettle root, not standardized for anything, just the root. i think NOW sells it.
