don't worry about supps, eat more food and train as hard as you can.

get a good multi, protein & creatine.
My suggestions are as follows:
Animal Pak multi daily
ON 100% whey post workout
(2) or (3) time released protein shakes between meals throughout the day- make (1) before bed
5g of creatine mono before and 5g after workout
5g on off days
or
(3) grams of cee per day, every day

Just my opinion.
Spacing in a couple protein shakes throughout the day will help you in more ways than one. At least I notice a big difference.

Godd luck!

Animal pak is to damn expensive IMO You don't need all those pills, just a simple multi-vit will do bro. ON is a great pick for a shake

Make sure your diet is right and you consume enough calories and train hard and this will work great for you.

FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal

Track your intake. If you don't gain, add 500 calories to each day.

Do this and lift heavy, you'll get big!

icanrace, I don't know why you have such a love affair with animalpak vitamins. I'm sure they're a quality product, but they're just supplements. I buy whatever's on sale at the drugstore - but I eat really, REALLY well. The supplemental vitamins are just cheap insurance.

ON chocolate is the best tasting sugar free protein powder IMO. Add in some dextrose and it actually tastes like only slightly shitty chocolate milk - which is to say WAY better than most protein powders!

What do you mean "what you want to accomplish"?

I'm not trying to bust your balls here, I agree, it's a good quality multi, but with a typical bb diet - which is very nourishing - I guess I'd just like to know what measurable difference the OP is going to get from Animal vitamins, KWIM?

Dude wants to get big. Okay, well that means two things:
  1. Lift heavy things
  2. Eat, um, heavy things LOL!

i say listen to what every one else has said. as for the protien though on rules if you mix the vanilla with oj. only protien i could take with out it messing my stomach up real bad. i would mix it with the oj or some other sort of juice to add some good stuff to the protien works great.
