All are awesome supps Powerfull reviews are great also hearing good things on P-slin but you must follow the diet requirements for good results

Big pumps and slight strength increases, just from the first dose. I don't run P-Slin continuously I use it sparingly when I have a big complex carb pre-workout meal.

Did you gain size with it? Im thinking about trying P-Slin and also anabolic pump, my diet is perfect 400+g of carbs a day, if the prouducts work like they say they do I should see good results.

Thier supposed to help your body utilize more carbs and protein through insulin respone or some crap? P-slin has banaba leaf in it, well my up your mass shake has it in it to.

Hard to tell since I only use it on occasion. Pumps, and immediate strength increases are the highlight of the product.
