Do i still need a multi vitamin?

I'm currently taking B-Complex, vitamin C, Calcium, and triple omega capsules..the reason i don't have multi vitamin is because when my dad went shopping for them the had no multi v...you guys think it would still be a good idea to still buy it ?

Yes, I'd still get a multivitamin. There are a lot of vitamins you are lacking as well as minerals. Good idea to get fish oil so keep that because your multivitamin will not contain that.

I don't usually bother because, like you, I take a multi-b and a few other assorted micronutrients. But a basic multi is a bit of cheap insurance. I pop one once in a while, when I notice my skin is chapped or during cold and flu season - just in case I missed something.

can all that shit and start taking Animal Pak.
Best multi on the market imo!

I used it once and it irritated my liver, I forget which one I used but my liver was pounding like crazy.
They also like horse pills, so many...so big.

oh yes, I agree on the quantity and size but for me I notice a HUGE difference when I'm taking it versus another vitamin.
If you have issues swallowing pills then Pak would not be for you.

Animal Pak is a good multi, but there are better and cheaper options out there.
