liquid creatine is a scam.

take your creatine with any carb drink, it doesnt have to be juice. gatorade will do fine.

It doesn't have to be grape juice (or any juice for that matter). The idea behind it is taking the simple carbs cause an insulin spike resulting in your muscles taking in more creatine. I mix with gatorade PWO and good old water all other times (when loading).

i mean you COULD do it but why would you want to? I always mix my RESULTS from ALN in a small glass of water and let it sit to make sure it all disolves and down it. Tastes damn good too compared to other creatine and actually produces the results it claims..

i can't imagine why you'd want to do it that way haha that's like biting into a power pocket in the brownie mix!
