I've been taking the GNC brand and it seems to do the job. I also take the Casein from Gold Standard, which has a pretty good taste, not too expensive and seems to be working. I am also interested on which proteins people are taking, as I would like to try a Whey other than the GNC brand.

Sci-Mx 100% Whey

They might not sell it in the states, im not sure. great taste, not too expensive and has some good additives like glutamine and branched amino acids!

for fruit flavors, isokool from allmax.
for the milkshake flavors, i used to buy syntha 6 but will never again, allmax makes decent ones, so i might stick with them, and xtreme formulations is very trustworthy and makes good protein products.

Atlarge Nutrition's Nitrean and Maximus by FAR!

i've tried bsn, ON, vitaminshoppe's crap, met-rx, etc and Nitrean is the best tasting protien i've ever had the pleasure of using. Not only is it a great tasting protien but it's a fantastic MIX of protiens with not just fast acting but slower processing protiens to make sure you're always getting the good stuff! Not to mention it's the only protien that mixes just as well in water as it does in milk. I love all the flavors...but chocolate tastes like chocolate malt's from jack n the box...haha and us fat guys LOVE That!

maximus is just as kickass but is geared for guys that are looking to pack in the extra cals along with the protien! Can't go wrong with either!

and they both cost just the same as the rest of the competitors... but quality is the number one reason why i got in with them.. quality in means quality out and when i'm competing... i can't take chances with bullshit supplements. Not to mention they're offering IM members a discount on their orders! SOLID!
