Creatine monohydrate

Is there a differance in Creatine monohydrate? I see some for 10.00 and some for 50.00. Is there a differance in the two products, or is it just the name?

Depends on the amount, form, and whether or not they are a ergogenic blend, meaning they have more than one ingredient that supposedly will enhance athletic performance.

I would just stick with Micronized Creatine Monohydrate 5g. PWO.

What do you mean when you say, wait? You mean cycle on and cycle off of it? Typically I'll do 2 months on 2 off, but it is subjective to the user, it is safe to stay on cycle year round if you like.

You can expect a slight increase in muscular endurance, strength, and increased muscle fullness from water retention. Make sure to stay hydrated +1 gallon daily.

I mean when I will start seeing results. I drink 7 liters of water a day now. I also take 100% Protien, and test booster.

You'll probably notice the full effects around the third week unless you load it.
