whats the hardest core stuff i can get?

I am looking to loose a little more weight, I've been eating right and staying "somewhat" active and lost about 16lbs in less than 3 weeks. I was very happy with that but for the last week i have not moved a ounce. I just picked up some lip6x at my local gnc, the guy there said that was the hardest stuff they sold. has anyone had any experience with it and will this help me? I just want to get down to around 190-195 then I think that will really motivate me to get out there and run. My long term goal is 175ish but i know that wont come witout some serious exercise.

...thanks, Steve.

Weight loss is going to be determined by your diet, not supplementation. I'd suggest looking into carb cycling where you deplete and refeed. Carb Cycling is a great option to get shredded quick. I'd look into:

Multivitamin
Fish Oil
Protein
Creatine (Optional)

^That's all you should need for a successful cut, if you plan on doing HIIT EAA's wouldn't be a bad option either.

From the way you said a few things in your post, it sounds like you are waiting to do any kind serious training until after you hit the desired weight of 190-195 but please correct me if I am wrong. If that is the case then I suggest you read a few of the stickies and be more informed on what you are trying to do and what you need to do to get there. Please explain how you are being "somewhat active" and "eating right" and people will be able to offer you more help. Also, post your diet and work out routine.
Lipo 6 is a complete waste of money if your diet and training is not correct. Focus on your training and diet first because there is no supplement in the world that will make up for poor diet and training habits. I advise that you use the supplements that Amino89 recommended to you above.

Also... GNC is crap (way overpriced). Look online first next time. The store I buy a lot of stuff from has Lipo 6 (240 gel caps) for 30 dollars cheaper than GNC and 15 dollars cheaper even with a gold card.

Chris, I am excited to try Nitor!

Basically weight loss is a change in eating habits combined with proper food type and portion selection. A good eating scheme is to cycle carbs ( I personally don't think that eliminating them entirely really works) For keeping the weight off a life style change in eating habits is best other wise it becomes a sea-saw battle. Lipo6 may work for you. If you try it and don't like it then return the left over back to GNC, they will take it back and issue credit. A good supplement scheme for weight loss is the ECA stack (do a search for more info) Any rapid weight loss, you said you dropped 16 lbs, could be mostly water so stay hydrated. good luck

I've tried quite a few weight loss supps through the years, was not too impressed with lipo...recently I fell in love with VPX Meltown, also animal cuts worked well for me and hydroxy cut...

has anyone heard or seen anything about this new ALLI supp that is all over the commercials?

DIET is #1, and why is GNC overpriced, you only buy on goldcard week everything is on sale and you get 20% off, I guess if you want to pay 50$ to ship it from cheapasssupplements.com go right ahead..

At GNC, with your $15 gold card and your 7 day 20% off window, you can buy Lipo 6x (240 caps) for almost the same exact price as you can at bodybuilding.com after shipping

GNC w/gold card and only during the first week of the month= $52.48.
With gold card any other day= 65.59
w/o gold card= 81.99

Online + Shipping anytime of the month= $ 53.98 (bodybuilding.com)

I did a few other comparisons and they are all pretty much the same as far as price (depending on the site). I would rather save the $15 dollars on a gold card and be able to order what I want and when I want it instead of waiting for the first 7 days of the month for the extra 20% off. Thats just me though

Not to start anything here, but 99% of the people who post on here will tell anyone that GNC= the devil...they are always wayyy overpriced for a limited selection, there are sooo many great online stores that are soo much cheaper and quicker with shipping...its not something we normally debate about due to the overwhelming opinion on this forum...

I have been taking Lipo6x for two weeks now. I love it I am a rath big guy 6'2'' 310, two weeks ago when I started taking it I was at 320. I have a 4 month old daughter so getting to the gym is difficult, and when I do get there I like to lift. So I maybe get two possible three days of cardio. I do stay under a 2000 calorie/ low fat diet. The only days I am high calorie wise is lift days. So in two week I have lost 10 pounds with Lipo6x. Before Lipo6x I took Hydroxycut Hardcore, and lost 10 pounds in 1 1/2 months. Take that for what it is worth, Take in mind I do still lift so my weightloss could be more rapid if I really went for it. I like the pace I am losing now. Good luck

Yes that is what i expect to do, its not because I don't know that staying more active wont help, its just that I know myself and didn't see any reason to mis lead anyone here I'd only be cheating myself... So yes, my plan is to get down to about 190ish by dieting then I am 99% positive that I'm gonna start liking how I look and FEEL again (was 185 when i got out of the service, went up to 226) which will motivate me to get out there and start getting into shape again. As far as my diet I start the day with either eggs and a shake or shake and a fruit (Atkins low carb shakes) lunch is normally a wheat wrap of some kind of meat. (mostly Italian, nothing but meats no dressings) dinner is normally a white meat or fish, sometimes even just another shake. I try to make sure I eat more than 3 meals a day, I know 5 is idea. This is a big change for me and was hard at first due to the size of my appetite. I would normally STUFF my self until the point i was so full I'd be lethargic with thing like fast food and total junk. I also drink a LOT of water now and don't do soda. . . . As far as activity level, I just throw the soft ball around with my friends for now. I realize that if i was running everyone day that it would really be falling off. however with as easy as its coming off right I'm not sure if i should wait till i plateau again.

. . . I'm very excited to see the scale start moving again. I'm not sure if its the lipo or not but I went from 200 ta 198 two days after taking the pills. But then again I'd be stuck on 200 for almost a week so I was due to see it move again with or with out the pills.

. . .I will look into and read up on the products you guys mentioned. I don't want to waist my time on these pills if its not the best thing I could be using to cut FAT.

Congratulations on getting back into a healthy diet. I know how hard it is to lose yourself and get back to where you need to be. It takes a lot of dedication and hard work.

A couple of things, you may be losing weight right now, but without a good weight training program, chances are the weight you are losing is mostly muscle. While on any kind of diet, weight training is an absolute must for retaining the muscle mass you already have. If you are not using the muscles, they will be used for energy instead of fat which the opposite of what you are trying to do. Nobody wants to be skinny and flabby!

I went through the thermogenic trials of buying all the over hyped crap under the sun to finally stop kidding myself in the end that they weren't all just glorified caffeine pills (which they are, even Lipo-6)

My best energy has come from just flat out exercising more, and by going to sleep/waking up the same times every day.

If you are far along, still losing weight, and just need a kick once in a while when you're feeling really down and can't get yourself to work out you can try an ECA stack. Even with my heavy caffeine tolerance, the ECA made me wanna kill babies... it's crazy.

ECA:
Ephedrine HCL
Caffeine
Aspirin

Do a google search to find a place to buy Ephedrine HCL (yes it's completely legal, not to be confused with Ephedra) and start with a really small stack (roughly 48mg of Ephedrine, 200mg of caffeine, and 25mg of aspirin)

Agree 100%.

And make damned sure you're lifting and dieting properly. So many people think this is "buff in a bottle" and it doesn't work that way - it just helps you stick to an already good programme and get a little perk along the way.
